Because we produce thousands of new pieces every month, it is impossible to catalog all our beautiful merchandise due to its one-of-a-kind nature. WE SELL WHOLESALE TO THE TRADE ONLY.   A RESALE NUMBER IS REQUIRED WHEN PLACING AN ORDER. Opening Order: $500 Minimum  -  Reorders: $250 Minimum.  Any questions, please call your sales representative.

All orders are shipped C.O.D. unless credit card information is given. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Payment with any major credit card will save you applicable C.O.D. rates. We require a faxed copy of our credit card authorization form prior to shipping.

Most orders are shipped the same day if received before 2 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. We ship via U.P.S. Ground & Air Service. Ground shipping will be used unless specified otherwise. 3 Day Ground Service will be used if transit time is longer than 3 days to arrive at your location. New customers orders will be shipped C.O.D. payable by cashiers check or money order unless order is paid by credit card.

Charles Albert, Inc. guarantees your satisfaction. In the unlikely event you are not happy with your order, you may return it for exchange or your money back. All returns or exchanges must be made within 10 days and be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice. Shipping charges are not refundable. A $15 service charge will apply to any returned check or COD.
