All orders are shipped C.O.D. unless credit card information is given. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Payment with any major credit card will save you applicable C.O.D. rates. We require a faxed copy of our credit card authorization form prior to shipping.
Most orders are shipped the same day if received before 2 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. We ship via U.P.S. Ground & Air Service. Ground shipping will be used unless specified otherwise. 3 Day Ground Service will be used if transit time is longer than 3 days to arrive at your location. New customers orders will be shipped C.O.D. payable by cashiers check or money order unless order is paid by credit card.

All returns or exchanges must be made within 10 days and be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice. Shipping charges are not refundable. A $15 service charge will apply to any returned check or COD.
