    Shipping Information:

    Most orders are shipped the same day if received before 2PM EST. We ship via UPS, FedEx and USPS and offer all Express & Ground services. USPS Priority Mail service will be used unless specified otherwise. Please note that any order being shipped to a residential address will require a signature.

    International orders & Non-Contiguous US territories (USVI, Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico) will be shipped using USPS. However, you do have a choice to ship another method. Please specify how you want your order shipped.

     Note: Customers in foreign countries are responsible for all possible VAT taxes and/or duties, which may be imposed by the carrier and/or the country of import. 

    Returns & Exchanges:

    We pride ourselves on offering the highest quality merchandise. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please email cs@charlesalbert.com for a return authorization number (RA#). If you do not obtain a RA#, your package will be refused. Items must be unused in original condition with tags attached within 14 days for a full refund. For items returned within 30 days, we offer exchanges or a merchandise credit. The item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent, unworn. If the tags have been cut off and pinned, or secured back on in anyway, the item will NOT be accepted back. Although we check all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipment, it is the buyers’ responsibility to check the product upon arrival to make sure it is free of any defects. Damaged goods due to buyers' negligence will not be accepted for refund or exchange. Any return or exchange that does not meet the above criteria will be sent back to the customer, as we do not sell used merchandise. Sale and special orders cannot be returned and are final sale. No changes or cancellations on special order jewelry once the order is placed. All sale items are not returnable and special orders as marked on the product if applicable. Shipping costs are not refundable.

    In your return package, please include a copy of your receipt with a written reason for the return and/or any exchange request. 

    An email confirmation will be sent upon receipt of merchandise.
